It was comfortable. No frills, no pretensions. Only 12 rooms so it felt intimate and personal. Chester the manager and the staff were all very warm and welcoming. Food was good. We all had a great time.

There are probably insufficient words to describe how we felt about our stay. It was amazing in every way ! We booked last minute because the place were supposed to stay in that day was atrocious and we left immediately! By the luck 🍀 of things Atlantis had a room! We over looked the pool. Amazing room, fantastic bed , bathroom and shower . Gorgeous. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped with beautiful local plants and flowers . Paradise . Staff was exceptional . Fantastic communication . Gorgeous pool with a waterfall rock sculpture. Great food and deep menu. The views are outstanding.,it’s a serious dive resort ( we don’t dive ), but even a novice like me can tell they run a serious operation. Great local beers , outstanding wine options . Impeccable service and a feeling of being welcome like I have never experienced before . Probably the nicest stay of anywhere I have ever been !!!

It's a Divers thing.
It's a Divers thing. If you don't dive there is only the dark sand beach. Very crowded on weekends. Lots of loud ghetto blasters. No night life except a couple of quiet bars on the main road. No food available after 10pm. Maybe if you're lucky a hotdog stand, but you have to look for it. She changes locations every few days.

Dauin is lovely- I would 100% come back here again and...
Dauin is lovely- I would 100% come back here again and recommend to friends. It is nowhere near as busy as other places we visited on Cebu Island (malapascua, moalboal). The locals seem to care so much more about their coastline and the marine ecosystem- they have designated sanctuary areas where the coral and fish are amazing. There is also a rule that buildings must be more than 30m from the high water mark. The beach is nice - not much rubbish. Dark sand (which can get hot!) You can snorkel right off the beach - lovely coral, fish, turtles etc. And the area is not too busy. Locals come here for picnics and its a really nice atmosphere.

Yancy and Boris were the consumate hosts providing us with transportation and great suggestions for a night out at Lokal restaurant just down main highway in Dauin. We stayed in the house, not one of the domes and we were very happy. Wi-Fi was strong and there is TV for those rare down time moments to watch movies and such. Staff service was excellent cooking great food and providing one more friendly encounter with the beautiful people of the Philippines.RickUnited States of America

Located directly on the beach for easy shore dives to the house reef. Food is good as well. I didn't do any scuba courses (only fun diving) here but I could see the professionalism of the instructors conducting their courses and would recommend them.
